TENDER NOTICE: PROVISION OF SKILLED LABOUR FOR GABION CONSTRUCTION
The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) invites tender proposals from eligible, experienced and skilled artisans for construction and rehabilitation of Gabions and Check Dams at Kwa Makuka Earth Dam, Kwa Kamu Earth Dam, Kwa Musuu (Spillway and Check Dam), Kwa Kyalo – Likoni Eath Dam, and Kwa Kaloyo Earth Dam, all in Kitui County
Issue Date: March 24, 2026
Closing Date: April 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Hold a valid National Construction Authority (NCA) registration appropriate for civil, masonry, or earthworks
- Must be a legally registered business, group or individual artisan
- Submit evidence of successful completion of at least 2 similar projects
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and execute works according to design specifications
- Access to necessary tools and equipment and ability to mobilize skilled and unskilled labour and coordinate site activities

Separate completed tender documents for each dam must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender number and description, addressed to:
