NCCK Issues Dam Rehabilitation Tender Notice
The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) invites tender proposals from eligible, experienced and competent firms to undertake rehabilitation and desilting of earth dams at Kwa Thoka and Kwa Siala, Kitui South Sub County, Kitui County, under the Nature Positive Food System Project.
Issue Date: February 20, 2026
Closing Date: March 4, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA 7 and above) under Water Works or equivalent category.
- Provide evidence of similar earth dam construction / rehabilitation works completed within the last three (3) years.
- Provide Certificate of Incorporation/Registration and Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Present a Site Visit Certificate signed by NCCK representative.

Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00 at the NCCK Finance Office.
Alternatively, bidders may download the documents free of charge from https://ncck.org/download/dam-rehabilitation-tender-notice/ and must register their details via email at procurement@ncck.org to receive clarifications and addenda.
Separate completed tender documents for each dam must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender number and description, addressed to:

And deposited in the Tender Box located at NCCK Offices (Ground Floor) on or before:
March 4, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
A soft copy of the tender submitted in hard copy must also be emailed to: procurement@ncck.org
