Disposal of Assets by Auction

DISPOSAL OF ASSETS BY AUCTION

  1. The National Council of Churches of Kenya will dispose by Auction assorted surplus and/ or obsolete items including furniture, electronic equipment, and utensils located in different NCCK Offices as detailed in the auction catalogue available at www.bids.ncck.org .
  • The disposal by auction will close on Wednesday June 17, 2026 at 1700 hrs.
  • The items will be sold on as – is – where – is basis.
  • Interested bidders are invited to view the catalogue on www.bids.ncck.org , select and submit a bid for each item they wish to bid for. A bidder is free to bid for as many items as they wish.
  • Successful bidders will be notified formally of the award, required documentation for transfer of ownership, and payment instructions. The successful bidders will pick the items at the office where the item is located within 7 days upon full payment.
  • To view or inspect the items, the bidder may visit the office where the item is located during working days (Monday to Friday) between 1000 hrs – 1500 hrs. Contacts for the persons to arrange the visit with are provided on the catalogue. All costs related to the inspection or removal of the assets shall be borne by the bidder.
  • The disposal shall be conducted in accordance with the NCCK Procurement Policy, Public Procurement Principles and applicable regulations.
  • The NCCK reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part without giving reasons, and NCCK is not bound to accept the highest or lowest bid.
