Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH) is a humanitarian aid agency of the Protestant Regional and Free Churches in Germany. In the year 2023 and 2024 , The NCCK partnered with DKH to offer humanitarian aid to families affected by Floods in Kenya

Floods

  • Marsabit County

    Marsabit County experienced flood in the year 2023 causing displacement of households, loss of property and human suffering. The NCCK collaborated with DKH and offered relief food to the affected households

  • Nairobi County

    Nairobi County, Mathare sub-County experienced flood in the year 2024 causing displacement of households, loss of property and human suffering. The NCCK collaborated with DKH and facilitated cash –transfer to the affected households. The humanitarian aid helped alleviate human suffering and strengthening the resilience of the affected households and communities.
