The NCCK is a national member of the ACT Kenya Forum. ACT –Alliance collaborated with NCCK to offer humanitarian aid to families affected by Floods in Kenya.

Tana River County Floods

  • Tana River County experienced devastating floods in 2024, leading to the displacement of numerous households, significant property loss, and immense human suffering. In response, the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), in collaboration with ACT Alliance, facilitated cash transfers to the affected families. This crucial humanitarian aid played a vital role in alleviating suffering and bolstering the resilience of both households and communities impacted by the disaster.
