TENDER NOTICE: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GABION CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) invites tender proposals from legally registered and eligible firms to supply and deliver Gabion Construction Materials for Kisama Nai Land Rehabilitation, Kiuani Earth Dam Spillway, and Kwa Kyalo Earth Dam Spillway Protection.
Issue Date: March 24, 2026
Closing Date: April 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a legally registered business, company or supplier authorized to operate in Kenya
- Demonstrate experience in supply and delivery of gabion materials or similar construction materials
- Evidence of successful completion of at least 2 similar supply contracts
- Evidence adequate financial capacity to execute the supply contract

Separate completed tender documents for each dam must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender number and description, addressed to:

And deposited in the Tender Box located at NCCK Offices (Ground Floor) on or before:
April 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
