Influence the World to Make it Better
Every young person has a divine duty of influencing the world around them to make it better, the National Youth Convening 2025 was informed.

“In a world filled with corruption and moral decay, what changes are we making as Christians?” posed Grace Njeri, a youth from FOCUS, as she delivered morning devotions based on the Sermon on the Mount.
Grace helped the more than 160 young persons attending the National Youth Convening 2025 to appreciate that God expects them to stand and counter the injustice and decadence pervading the world.

“Like salt, you are expected to cleanse and preserve the world by bringing wholesome spiritual influence”, Grace pointed out.
Emphasizing the need for believers to live out the Word of God, Grace called on the young people to deliberately evangelize to the world by their character, actions and words. “Make a difference where you are by manifesting integrity and compassion, just like Jesus did”, she exhorted.

Grace urged the youth to shun sin, which is rejection of God, by refusing to conform to worldly standards and trends.
