Holistic Mentorship

NCCK has a well-structured Holistic Mentorship Curriculum, designed by youth, for youth. This curriculum ensures that mentorship is relevant, engaging, and impactful, addressing the real-life experiences and aspirations of young people. Our mentorship programs integrate faith-based values, leadership training, and career development to empower individuals to make informed decisions, navigate challenges, and contribute positively to society.

Youth Safe Spaces

NCCK has established youth-friendly safe spaces in all nine regions, providing young people with secure environments to engage in constructive dialogue, access psychosocial support, enhance their skills, and build meaningful relationships. These spaces serve as hubs for mentorship, capacity-building, and community engagement, fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and resilience among young people.

Youth Leadership Development

Through our immersive internship program, NCCK is committed to nurturing ethical and visionary youth leaders. This hands-on initiative provides young people with practical leadership experience, exposure to governance structures, and opportunities for civic engagement. By equipping youth with critical skills, values, and networks, we prepare them for impactful leadership roles in their communities and beyond.

Family Life Education

Under our ‘Cradle to Grave’ program, NCCK offers short courses on key family-related issues, addressing topics such as parenting, gender equity, child protection, and reproductive health. This comprehensive approach ensures that individuals and families receive lifelong education and guidance, promoting stable households and holistic well-being in communities.

Church and Community Capacity Development

NCCK actively supports its diverse membership, encouraging churches and communities to utilize their locally available, God-given resources for sustainable development. Through governance training, resource mobilization support, and community-driven initiatives, we empower faith-based institutions to be effective agents of change. Our capacity-building approach strengthens community resilience, promotes self-reliance, and enhances social cohesion.
