NCCK, Judiciary to Collaborate on Court Annexed Mediation
Rev Canon Chris Kinyanjui, the General Secretary of the NCCK, today hosted a team from the Judicary led by Justice Fred Ochieng to discuss the role of the church in Court Annexed Mediation.
Justice Fred, the Chairperson of the Mediation Taskforce, affirmed that the two institutions will collaborate in training of qualified men and women to offer Court Annexed Mediation services which greatly speed up access to justice by court users.
National Officials of the NCCK including Chairman Rev Dr Elias Agolla, Vice Chair Bishop John Okinda, Deputy GS Pst Sussie Ndanyi and GS Rev Canon Chris Kinyanjui led the NCCK team that participated in the meeting.
