Supplier Prequalification for 2026 – 2028
Established in 1913, the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) is the premier ecumenical body in Kenya committed to holistic transformation of lives for a just, resilient and sustainable society.
The NCCK invites applications from interested, eligible, and competent suppliers, contractors, and service providers for prequalification / registration to supply / provide goods, works, and services for the period 2026 – 2028.

B. Areas of Operation
Successful suppliers will be expected to deliver goods, works, and services to NCCK offices and projects located across the Country.
C. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must upload the following mandatory documents (combined into a single PDF file, max 30MB):
- Company Profile
- Fully filled and signed NCCK Pre-qualification of Suppliers (2026-2028) Form
- PSEA Accreditation (if applicable)
- Experience / Testimonials
- Financial Statements (Latest)
- Category Applying For, Region, Physical Location, Website, Telephone
- List of Items / Services offered
D. How to Apply
- Download and fill out and stamp the Supplier Prequalification Form available on the NCCK website – https://ncck.org/download/ncck-pre-qualification-of-suppliers-2026-2028/
- Access and fill out the Supplier Prequalification Google Form through the link below: https://forms.gle/P3qPMp18RFGPiNmJ6.
- Complete all sections of the online form accurately.
- Upload your single combined PDF document as instructed.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of KES 1,000 per category via NCCK Paybill Number PAYBILL: 880100, Account: 107 6281439
- Only applications submitted through the online Google form will be considered.
E. Submission Deadline
- The deadline for submission is March 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM (EAT)
