TENDER NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF COMMON WATER INTAKE AT KISAYANI–YAANA WATER PROJECT:
TENDER NUMBER NCCK/RFQ/4328/2026
- The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit bids for the Construction of a common water intake at the Kisayani–Yaana Water Project in Kitui South.
- The works comprise the construction of water intake structures and associated civil works to support a sustainable water supply system serving Yaana, Kiangu, and surrounding communities.
- The tender is open to contractors registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) Category 6 and above (Water Works – NCAW) with valid statutory compliance documents.
- Interested bidders may download the tender documents free of charge from the NCCK website: https://ncck.org/download-category/tenders/ or obtain further information from the NCCK Procurement Office during official working hours.
- A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, at 10:00 AM at Ikutha NCCK Office, Ikutha Town.
- Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Name and Number and delivered to the NCCK Headquarters. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
- The closing date for submission is Monday, 22 June 2026, at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Tenders will be opened after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
- NCCK reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, wholly or partially, without giving reasons and is not bound to accept the lowest or any bids.
