REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR PERIOD: 2026 – 2028:
REFERENCE NO.: NCCK/RFP/001/2026
NCCK intends to engage a qualified and experienced external audit firm to provide independent audit services for a period of three (3) years covering the financial years 2026–2028. The selection will be conducted under the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with NCCK Procurement Policy.
Scope of Services
The successful firm will be required to provide External Audit Services as detailed in the Terms of Reference contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested firms must:
- Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Kenya
- Be in good standing with relevant regulatory and professional bodies
- Demonstrate relevant experience in providing external audit services to comparable institutions
- Meet all requirements as specified in the RFP document
Joint Ventures (JV) are permitted where applicable, provided full details of JV members are disclosed in accordance with the RFP instructions.

Proposal Submission
Completed proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants provided in the RFP document.
Tender Closing Date:
March 20, 2026 at 1600HRS (EAT), Late submissions will not be accepted.
E. Clarifications
Consultants are required to confirm receipt of the RFP and indicate whether they intend to submit a proposal independently or as part of a Joint Venture.
